Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, you manage the life cycle of drone projects from A to Z.
You define the structure and elaboration of projects (precise definition of the customer demand, impact analysis, plan of approach (scenarios, timing, budget...) and are familiar with the project methodology Prince 2.

You manage and ensure the follow-up of the realization of the projects considering the planning, the budget and the required quality (establishment of the detailed planning, regular follow-up regarding deadlines, budget and quality, reporting on the progress of the project and the identified problems, communication between the parties involved in the project, risk management...).

You stimulate, coordinate, motivate and supervise the project staff.

Customer contacts are also very important in this position (negotiation, communication...). You are used to negotiate with high level responsible (management) at the client and at your own organization.

PCB Layout Engineer

The PCB layout engineer will make the models that will be remembered for the print board inside the CAD framework. Then, you make the board design inside the CAD framework utilizing the impressions that have been made. When the entirety of the necessary impressions has been set on the board, you will associate the entirety of the electrical associations utilizing lines that address metal in an interaction called follow steering.

A decent PCB creator is also a process engineer, computer guru, manufacturing expert, and electrical engineer. Generally, notwithstanding, a board design engineer sees past the lines and states of parts on their PC screen to picture the last use of the PCB design. A decent PCB manufacture can make something from nothing while at the same time tackling various riddles.

A PCB design engineer with experience or a degree that remembers courses for hands-on printed circuit board work, electronic design, computer-aided design, drafting, or other related study spaces.

Mechanical Design Engineer

As Mechanical Design Engineer, you design the life cycle of drone projects from A to Z.

As mechanical design engineer you be able to develop a project from concept definition to production detail design. You will ensure design solutions meet the mechanical system’s requirements as well as applicable regulations and best industry practices. You are also familiar with the associated manufacturing processes, assembly techniques and drafting conventions. Finally, you are able to support the development and execution of project plans which could include schedule and budget planning, conceptual design, prototyping, design for reliability and manufacturability, interfacing with vendors, qualification testing and documentation.

A mechanical design engineer you are master at least one of the popular CAD software programs (Inventor, Solid works, NX, etc.) at an advanced level, and be able to create virtual mock-ups and PoC’s of required ideas. You are also able to draft 2D detailed plans and modify existing CAD files if required. Knowing common drafting standards such as ANSI/ASME Y14 is a plus. In addition, a mechanical design engineer is expected to be able to provide CTF (Critical To Function) dimensions and a fully detailed 3D model that can be used for manufacturing. Finally, you can create the complete BoM (Bill of Materials you’re your mechanical system within any given software.

With Product Lifecycle Management systems gaining more and more followers, leading companies expect their mechanical design engineers to be familiar with PLM interface technology such as Windchill or ENOVIA. It is critical to know how to use a PLM interface to manage information, store, and track files, and navigate administrative functions such as design changes and approvals on the company server.

In addition to speaking English fluently, mastering another language is a big asset when working for an international company. The mechanical design engineer must be able to manage actions and deliverables while at the same time communicating and coordinating effectively with suppliers, customers, and other engineering disciplines. He must be able to work effectively with international teams consisting of multiple disciplines and communicate effectively with engineers and supporting functions which could include pilots, flight mechanics, technicians, and management.

Finally, he is expected to prepare general and technical presentations and communicate his ideas clearly to non-technical staff.
